Management Overview

This proposal describes how Northwind Studio will manage the day-to-day social presence for Acme Co. It covers channel management, publishing, community response, and monthly reporting.

Objectives

• Maintain a consistent posting cadence with a shared content calendar.
• Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions within a defined response window.
• Grow followers and engagement measurably each month on priority channels.
• Report performance in writing every month with clear next actions.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs in three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable before the next begins.

What is included

• Content calendar and creative production
• Scheduled publishing across priority channels
• Community response within the agreed window
• Monthly written report and a live dashboard

Not included: paid media budgets, third-party tools, paid influencer or creator fees, and long-form video production. Media spend is billed at cost.

Investment

A one-time onboarding fee plus a monthly management retainer. Line items below map to the phases above.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, subject to the kickoff date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
