This proposal outlines the creative engagement Northwind Studio will run for Acme Co. The work moves through discovery, concept, and production so the brief becomes a distinct creative direction and a cohesive set of deliverables your team can extend.

• Transfer final assets and guidelines to your team so the work keeps going.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review meeting before the next begins.

What is included

• Creative brief and moodboards from the discovery phase
• Three concept directions with written rationale
• Chosen-direction development across priority deliverables
• Final production files in the formats your team needs
• Brand guidelines document covering usage and voice

Not included: photography and video shoots, custom typography licensing, printing and production costs, and revisions beyond the agreed rounds. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The engagement is a fixed project fee broken out by phase. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Timeline is 10-12 weeks from kickoff, subject to the kickoff month you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
