Scope of Services

The engagement runs across three service tiers. Each closes with a quarterly review before renewal.

TIER 1 · MANAGED WORKPLACE

Endpoints, identity, and helpdesk

Managed endpoints (patching, MDM, antivirus), identity management, helpdesk during business hours, and user onboarding and offboarding.

TIER 2 · INFRASTRUCTURE

Networks, servers, and backups

Network monitoring, server management, backup verification, disaster recovery drills, and change management for infrastructure.

TIER 3 · SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

Security posture and compliance

Vulnerability scans, quarterly access reviews, security incident response, and evidence collection for the frameworks you follow.

Service levels

P1 response 1 hour, resolution target 4 hours
P2 response 4 hours, resolution target 1 business day
P3 response 1 business day, resolution target 3 business days
Monthly uptime target: 99.9% for covered systems

Not included: hardware and license fees, professional services beyond the covered scope, and custom development. These are quoted separately.
