Engagement Overview

This proposal outlines the translation and localization work Northwind Studio will deliver for Acme Co. Source content will be translated from English into the target languages using a translate, edit, and QA methodology, with a dedicated terminology glossary maintained across the project.

• Maintain consistent terminology across every language and content type.
• Meet the source format and layout requirements for each deliverable.
• Ship on time against the agreed delivery schedule.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review checkpoint before the next begins.

What is included

• Source content review and file preparation
• Project-specific terminology glossary
• Professional translation by native-speaking linguists
• Second-pass editor review against the approved glossary
• Formatted final delivery in the source file format

Not included: desktop publishing (DTP) beyond simple formatting, voice-over recording, in-country testing with local reviewers, and ongoing translation memory maintenance beyond the project. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

Pricing is a fixed project fee, broken out by phase. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. The project runs 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff, subject to the delivery date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
