Scope of Work

The project runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

PHASE 1 · LAYOUT DESIGN

Layout design

Document setup with master pages, grid, paragraph and character styles, and typographic system. First-pass layout across the full page count with supplied copy and imagery placed in position.

PHASE 2 · REFINEMENT

Refinement

Two rounds of consolidated revisions applied across the document. Typographic polish, image cropping and color adjustments, and a proofing pass to catch orphans, widows, and stray formatting.

PHASE 3 · PACKAGE AND EXPORT

Package and export

Preflight, print-ready PDF export with bleed and crop marks, and a packaged InDesign folder including fonts and linked assets. Handoff notes for your team and printer.

About this template
