This proposal outlines the public relations engagement Northwind Studio will run for Acme Co. It covers media relations, thought leadership placements, and the brand narrative work that positions your spokespeople as credible voices in your category.

Objectives

• Land thought leadership placements that build category authority.
• Prepare your spokespeople to handle interviews with confidence.
• Grow share of voice against a defined set of competitors.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review call before the next begins.

What is included

• Press kit and written narrative document
• Monthly media outreach to targeted reporters
• Spokesperson prep sessions ahead of interviews
• Contributed content and bylines placed on your behalf
• Monthly reporting on placements and share of voice

Not included: paid distribution, sponsored placements, event production, and crisis communications. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The engagement is a fixed monthly retainer, plus a one-time strategy and press kit fee to kick off. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, subject to the kickoff month you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
