Engagement Overview

This proposal outlines the project management engagement Northwind Studio will run for Acme Co. It covers project setup and baseline, the ongoing rituals that keep work moving, and the reporting cadence that keeps stakeholders aligned.

Objectives

• Establish a clear scope and timeline for each named project.
• Keep milestones on schedule and flag slippage before it compounds.
• Identify risks early and drive them to written mitigations.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through a consistent reporting cadence.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• Project charter for each named workstream
• PM tool setup and ongoing administration
• Weekly standups and active blocker management
• Monthly steering committee report and meeting
• Closing retrospective document per project

Not included: technical execution of the work, third-party tool costs, travel to client sites, and work beyond the named projects. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The engagement is a fixed monthly retainer, plus a one-time setup fee and a closing retrospective. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, subject to the kickoff date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
