This proposal outlines the website redesign Northwind Studio will deliver for Acme Co. It covers a full audit of the current site, a modernized on-brand design and build, and a careful content and SEO migration through to launch.

Objectives

• Maintain SEO parity or better through a careful content and redirect migration.
• Move onto a cleaner CMS your team can update without developer help.
• Improve performance and Core Web Vitals across the site.

Scope of Work

The project runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review meeting before the next begins.

What is included

• Current-site audit across IA, content, performance, and SEO
• Full redesign and front-end build on the target CMS
• Content migration from the existing site
• Redirect mapping and implementation for legacy URLs
• Launch support and two weeks of post-launch monitoring

Not included: net-new content writing, custom illustration or photography beyond the agreed scope, third-party licenses (fonts, stock, plugins), and any ongoing SEO retainer after launch. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The project is a fixed-fee engagement, billed across the three phases. Line items below map to the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Delivery runs 12-14 weeks from kickoff, subject to the target launch month you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance
