Role Overview

This proposal sets out how Northwind Studio will serve as an embedded social media manager for Acme Co. It covers responsibilities, hours, tools access, and how we work with your team.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar, publishing, and community response day to day.
• Sit in on weekly marketing standups and monthly leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with creative, PR, and paid media colleagues on shared work.
• Report progress in writing every month with clear next actions.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable before the next begins.

What is included

• 20 hours per week of embedded management
• Content calendar and publishing
• Community response within business hours
• Monthly written report and a live dashboard

Not included: creative production beyond light edits, paid media budgets, paid influencer or creator fees, and platform subscriptions. Media spend is billed at cost.

Investment

Fixed monthly retainer for the embedded role, plus a one-time onboarding fee. Terms and hours can be adjusted before signature.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, subject to the kickoff date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
