Objectives

• Keep your team in the loop with weekly notes and milestone reviews.
• Leave you with documentation your team can act on without us.
• Provide a short post-delivery support window for small changes.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs in three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable your team signs off before the next begins.

What is included

• All deliverables listed in the scope above
• Weekly written status and a shared project channel
• Full documentation and a handoff session
• 30-day post-delivery support window

Not included: third-party fees, licenses, hosting or infrastructure costs, and any work outside the scope above. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The engagement is a fixed fee. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, subject to the kickoff date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
