Curriculum and Delivery

The program runs in three phases. Each closes with an assessment before the next begins.

PHASE 1 · FOUNDATIONS

Onboarding and foundations

Cohort onboarding, baseline assessment, and the foundations of the material. Closes with a checkpoint quiz and a group session.

PHASE 2 · APPLICATION

Applied practice

Live sessions plus applied exercises. Each learner works on a portfolio artifact reviewed in weekly office hours with the instructor.

PHASE 3 · CAPSTONE

Capstone and graduation

Capstone project, final assessment, portfolio showcase, and graduation. A written outcomes report is delivered to your team within two weeks.

Not included: platform licenses beyond the standard learner accounts, travel for in-person sessions, and any custom content built outside the agreed scope. Additional cohorts can be added by amendment.

About this template
