Scope of Work

The project runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable before the next begins.

PHASE 1 · PRE-PRODUCTION

Concept, script, and plan

Creative kickoff, script and shot list, location scouting, casting where required, and a shoot day plan signed off before we shoot.

PHASE 2 · PRODUCTION

Shoot days

Two shoot days with a director, DP, sound, and a small crew. On-set client review of key setups. Data managed to backup storage nightly.

PHASE 3 · POST-PRODUCTION

Edit, color, and sound

Edit, sound mix, color, motion graphics, and delivery of the hero video and four short-form cuts. Two rounds of feedback per cut.

What is included

Pre-production, shoot days, and post-production
Hero video plus four short-form social cuts
Music license within a standard commercial budget
Source files handed over on hard drive

Not included: travel outside the shoot region, talent buyouts beyond social organic rights, custom stage builds, drone permits, and paid media distribution. These are quoted separately.
