Scope of Work

The job runs in three stages. Each closes with a signed-off milestone before the next begins.

STAGE 1 · PREP

Site prep and materials

Site protection installed, materials ordered and delivered, and the crew scheduled. Closes with a walkthrough before the crew starts.

STAGE 2 · WORK

Core work on site

The core scope per the plans and specifications, with weekly progress notes and photos so your team can follow along.

STAGE 3 · HANDOFF

Punch list, cleanup, and handoff

Punch list resolution, final cleanup, and a walkthrough with your team. Warranty details handed over in writing.

What is included

All labor for the scope above
Materials specified in the plans
Cleanup and disposal of debris
Workmanship warranty for 12 months

Not included: owner-supplied materials, permits and inspections beyond the ones listed, utility fees, and any work not shown on the plans. Change orders will be quoted and signed before work proceeds.
