Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable you sign off before the next begins.

PHASE 1 · DISCOVERY

Understand the current state

Kickoff, stakeholder interviews, and a review of what exists today. Closes with a written summary of findings and a plan for Phase 2.

PHASE 2 · DELIVERY

Build the work

The core of the engagement. Weekly check-ins, clear milestones, and written status notes so you know where things stand at any point.

PHASE 3 · LAUNCH AND HANDOFF

Ship and hand over

Final delivery, documentation, and a handoff session with your team. A short support window is included so any small changes can be made without a new engagement.

About this template

The Business Proposal template is a general-purpose five-page document that works for almost any engagement.
