This proposal outlines the product development engagement Northwind Studio will run for Acme Co. It covers discovery and product spec, design and interactive prototyping, and end-to-end engineering through MVP delivery and launch.

Objectives

• Deliver a validated product spec that captures the core user problems and MVP scope.
• Build a functional MVP that reflects the design system and prototype decisions.
• Ship launch-ready quality with automated tests and monitoring in place.
• Hand off a clean, documented codebase your team can extend confidently.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• Discovery workshop with your stakeholders
• Written product spec with prioritized MVP scope
• Design system and interactive prototypes
• MVP build with automated tests and code review
• Launch support and documented handoff

Not included: infrastructure and hosting costs, ongoing engineering support after handoff, marketing and growth work, and third-party API or software subscription fees. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The engagement is a fixed-fee build broken into three phase milestones. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Total delivery runs 16 to 20 weeks from kickoff, subject to the kickoff month you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
