Engagement Overview

This proposal outlines the photography engagement Northwind Studio will run for Acme Co. It covers pre-production and creative direction, the shoot itself, and post-production through final delivery of licensed high-resolution images.

• Execute the shoot professionally with the right crew, gear, and preparation.
• Provide licensed, high-quality images ready for the agreed-upon usage.
• Deliver the final selects on schedule and in the formats you need.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable or review before the next begins.

What is included

• Pre-production meeting and creative alignment
• Shot list and reference deck
• Shoot day(s) with photographer and assistant
• Edited high-resolution images delivered via gallery
• Usage license as defined in the acceptance terms

Not included: model or talent fees, location rental, props and wardrobe, extended usage or commercial rights beyond the agreed license, and printing. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The engagement is a fixed fee broken out by phase. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Shoot dates are held on receipt of the signature deposit, subject to the shoot date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
