Additionally, Bonsai’s payments and virtual account services are available only to firms operating within the creative or professional services industries. We do not offer these services to organizations outside of these sectors, including (but not limited to) retail, e-commerce, adult content, cryptocurrency trading, or high-risk financial services.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations: Including, but not limited to, data protection, privacy, intellectual property, and export control laws.
• Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities: This includes phishing, spreading malware, ransomware, or any form of cybercrime.
• Transmit or store harmful content: Such as viruses, corrupted files, or any other software intended to damage or disrupt systems.
• Disrupt service functionality: Including denial-of-service attacks, interference with network or system integrity, or excessive use that degrades performance for others.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages: Including bulk email, junk mail, promotions, or advertising not permitted by law or this Policy.
• Infringe intellectual property rights: Do not upload, share, or distribute content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
• Harass or abuse others: Including any form of harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that is defamatory or discriminatory.

3. User Responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure: Users are responsible for safeguarding their login information and must notify Bonsai immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Report violations: Users should report any suspected violations of this Policy to support@hellobonsai.com

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Bonsai reserves the right to:

• Investigate any suspected violation of this Policy.
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy.
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations, without notice or liability.
