Program Overview

This proposal outlines the search engine optimization program Northwind Studio will run for Acme Co. It covers the technical audit, on-page and content work, off-page strategy, and the reporting cadence that keeps your team in the loop.

Objectives

• Grow organic traffic to your priority pages measurably each quarter.
• Improve rankings on the target keyword set with clear tracking.
• Fix technical issues that hold back indexing and crawl efficiency.
• Build a content pipeline your team can extend after the engagement.

Scope of Work

The program runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review meeting before the next begins.

What is included

• Technical audit and written keyword strategy
• On-page optimization across priority pages
• New content pieces per quarter (blog and landing pages)
• Monthly reporting and a live tracking dashboard

Not included: paid media, third-party tool subscriptions, hosting or CMS fees, and development work outside the SEO scope. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The program is a fixed monthly retainer, plus a one-time audit and strategy fee to kick off. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, subject to the kickoff date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
