Scope of Work

The project runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable your team signs off before the next begins.

What is included

• Full documentation and a handoff session with your team
• A 30-day post-delivery support window

Not included: third-party fees, licenses, hosting or infrastructure costs, and work outside the scope above. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Investment

The project is a fixed fee. Line items below map to the phases in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Kickoff is scheduled within 2 weeks of signature, subject to the kickoff date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
