Scope of Work

The work runs in three stages. Each closes with a signed-off milestone before the next begins.

STAGE 1 · MOBILIZATION

Site prep and mobilization

Permits pulled, site protection installed, materials staged, and the crew mobilized. Closes with a walkthrough with your team before we start.

STAGE 2 · EXECUTION

Core scope on site

The core of the work per the plans and specifications. Weekly progress notes with photos and a schedule of upcoming inspections.

STAGE 3 · CLOSEOUT

Punch list, cleanup, and closeout

Punch list resolution, final cleanup, as-built documentation, warranty handoff, and lien releases. Closes with your final sign-off.

What is included

All labor per the scope above
Materials specified in the plans and quantities
Permits and inspections
Cleanup and disposal of construction debris

Not included: owner-supplied materials, utility fees, hazardous materials abatement, and any work not shown on the plans. Change orders will be quoted and signed before work proceeds.
