SEO Services Contract

An SEO services agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering technical audit, content optimization, link building, and reporting.

Parties and Engagement

This contract is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Agency") and Acme Co (the "Client") for organic search services on the Client's primary domain. The Agency operates within Google's Webmaster Guidelines and does not use manipulative tactics that risk search penalties.

Recitals

The Client wishes to grow qualified organic traffic and rankings for a defined set of commercial-intent keywords. The Agency has the technical, content, and outreach capacity to run an integrated program to that end. Both parties acknowledge that SEO results compound over time and that no ranking outcome can be guaranteed.

Scope of Services

Work is delivered in three parallel streams. Stream 1 runs once at onboarding; Streams 2 and 3 repeat each month for the duration of the term.

What is included

• Onboarding audit and 90-day roadmap
• 4 optimized pages of content per month
• Targeted digital PR outreach with 3 placement goal per month
• Live ranking and traffic dashboard
• Monthly report and 45-minute review call

Not included:website hosting, development beyond minor on-page changes, paid link buying, and translation for international SEO. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Onboarding is billed as a one-time line item on countersignature.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Either party may cancel after the initial 6-month term with 30 days' written notice. Rankings and organic traffic reports remain the Client's property at close.

Acceptance

To start the engagement, complete the fields below and sign. The onboarding audit begins within 5 business days of countersignature.
