Project Management Contract

A project management engagement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering PMO setup, program governance, and delivery oversight.

Parties and Program

This contract is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Project Manager") and Acme Co (the "Client") to run the program described in the attached brief. The Project Manager acts as the accountable delivery lead, coordinating across the Client's internal teams and any third-party vendors.

Recitals

The Client is running a multi-workstream program that requires dedicated planning, governance, and delivery oversight. The Project Manager brings the PMO methodology, tools, and experience needed to plan, track, and land the program on time and on budget. This contract captures the shared understanding on scope, fees, and governance.

Scope and Governance

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a stakeholder checkpoint with the program sponsor.

What is included

• Dedicated senior project manager, 3 days per week
• Program plan, RAID log, and governance cadences
• Weekly status reports and monthly steering-committee packs
• Vendor coordination and third-party dependency management
• Program closure report and PMO artifact handover

Not included:hands-on delivery within workstreams, procurement of tooling, and after-hours support. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees

The engagement is a fixed monthly fee for the duration of the term. Mobilization and closeout are billed as one-time line items.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 30 days. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice; the closeout deliverable is completed regardless of termination timing.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. Mobilization kicks off within 5 business days of countersignature.
