Project Contract

A project-based services contract between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering scope, milestones, and fees for a defined project.

Parties and Project

This contract is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Provider") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the delivery of the project described below. Replace the sample details with the specifics of your project before signing.

Recitals

The Client wishes to engage the Provider to deliver a defined project with clear scope, milestones, and fees. The Provider has the skills, tools, and capacity to deliver the work. This contract captures the shared understanding and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The project runs across three milestones. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review meeting; the next milestone begins only after acceptance.

What is included

• Named engagement lead and defined project team
• Weekly written status updates during the build
• Two revision rounds on the primary deliverable
• Handoff documentation and working files
• Two weeks of post-delivery bug-fix support

Not included:ongoing maintenance, third-party subscription fees, and travel. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The project is a fixed-fee engagement billed against the three milestones. Line items map to the milestones in the scope of work.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. The project runs 8 weeks from kickoff, subject to the start date you provide on the acceptance page.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This contract is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
