PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT

Parties and Services

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Provider") and Acme Co (the "Client") for personal services delivered directly to the Client. The Provider performs the services in person or by named individual; substitution requires written consent.

Recitals

The Client wants a defined block of personal services from the Provider, delivered on a schedule that works for both parties. Both agree that the Provider's role is to deliver the services with the care and skill of a qualified professional; the Client's role is to show up, follow reasonable guidance, and pay on time.

Scope of Services

The package runs in three stages: assess, deliver, review. Each stage keeps expectations aligned between the Client and Provider.

STAGE 1 · INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Initial assessment

One 60-minute assessment session at the start of the engagement to understand the Client's goals, background, and any constraints. Closes with a short written plan for the remaining sessions.

STAGE 2 · CORE SESSIONS

Core sessions

Eight sessions of the length agreed on the plan, delivered on a schedule that works for both parties. Each session begins with a brief check-in and closes with the specific commitments the Client will carry between sessions.

STAGE 3 · REVIEW AND NEXT STEPS

Review and next steps

A final session to review progress against the plan, agree on the outcomes achieved, and decide whether to renew the package, pause, or wrap the engagement.

What is included

One 60-minute initial assessment session
Eight core sessions delivered by the Provider personally
One final review session with written summary
Message support between sessions with a 48-hour response window

Not included:services outside the agreed scope, third-party assessments or products, and any regulated advice the Provider is not qualified to give. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Terms

The package is billed as a flat fee, payable in two installments. Additional sessions beyond the package are billed at the single-session rate below.

Anything shared during a session is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law. Because the services are personal, the Provider does not substitute another individual without the Client's prior written agreement.
