Marketing Consultancy Contract

A consultancy agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering senior marketing advisory work, reviews, and playbooks.

Parties and Engagement

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Consultant") and Acme Co (the "Client") for senior marketing consultancy. The Consultant advises the Client's leadership and marketing team, brings frameworks, and challenges thinking; the Client's team retains ownership of execution.

Recitals

The Client wants senior outside perspective to sharpen its marketing strategy and operating rhythm. The Consultant brings pattern recognition, frameworks, and honest challenge; both parties agree that the Client's team owns and executes the work, with the Consultant supporting from the side.

Scope of Advisory

The engagement runs in three tracks that operate in parallel through the six-month term.

What is included

• Weekly 90-minute working session with the Client's marketing leader
• Written positioning brief, GTM assessment, and operating playbook
• Async review of major creative and campaign work within 3 business days
• Monthly steering call with the Client's leadership team
• Access to the Consultant's frameworks and template library

Not included: hands-on production, media buying, campaign execution, hiring services, and interim leadership responsibilities. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Terms

The engagement is billed as a flat monthly advisory fee. Additional workshops or ad-hoc time beyond the standard cadence is billed at the day rate below.

Payment Schedule

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

The Consultant treats all commercial and strategic information as confidential. During the term, the Consultant will not take on advisory work for a direct competitor of the Client without written consent. This obligation ends when the engagement ends.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current billing month remain due; the Consultant delivers any in-flight artifacts before the notice period ends.

Acceptance

To confirm the advisory engagement, complete the fields below and sign. Kickoff is scheduled within one week of signature.
