Life Coaching Contract

A coaching agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering the coaching relationship, session cadence, and shared commitments.

Parties and Relationship

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Coach") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the life coaching engagement described below. Coaching is a partnership focused on the Client's goals; it is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

Recitals

The Client is engaging the Coach to support the definition and pursuit of personal, professional, or lifestyle goals. Both parties understand that outcomes depend on the Client's own action and reflection between sessions, and agree that the Coach's role is to hold space, ask questions, and offer accountability rather than to prescribe results.

Scope of Coaching

The engagement runs in three phases. Each closes with a written recap and a moment to recalibrate goals before the next begins.

What is included

• One 90-minute intake session with a written coaching plan
• Twelve 60-minute bi-weekly coaching sessions
• Message support between sessions with a 48-hour response window
• Session recaps and any exercises tailored to the Client's goals
• Closing review session with a written summary

Not included: therapy, medical or legal advice, guaranteed outcomes, and assessments or programs from third parties. Additional sessions can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Session Terms

The engagement is billed as a flat program fee, payable monthly across the six-month term. Ad-hoc sessions beyond the plan are billed at the hourly rate below.

Payment Schedule

Rescheduling and Cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled inside that window are treated as delivered. Either party can end the engagement in writing with 30 days' notice; fees for the current month remain due.

Confidentiality

Anything shared inside a coaching session is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without the Client's written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent serious harm.

Acceptance

To begin the coaching engagement, complete the fields below and sign. The intake session is scheduled after this agreement is signed and the first payment is received.
