Influencer Collaboration Agreement

An agreement from Northwind Studio covering a paid content campaign, deliverables, and usage rights.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Brand") and Acme Co (the "Creator") for the paid campaign described below. Both parties will follow FTC and platform disclosure rules on every paid piece.

Objectives

• Ship a coordinated paid campaign on schedule.
• Keep every piece FTC and platform compliant.
• Give the Brand review before every go-live.
• Grant a clear 90-day owned channel usage license.

Scope and Deliverables

The campaign runs across three stages. Every deliverable is reviewed by the Brand before publication.

What is included

• Concept treatment and content calendar
• Reel or TikTok, three stories, one static post
• One revision round per deliverable
• 90-day owned channel usage license

Not included: paid boosting on the Creator's channels, additional platform posting, exclusivity outside the campaign window, and third-party usage. Boosting is available on request at the boost fee.

Fees and Payment

The collaboration is a fixed-fee campaign. Line items below cover the deliverables and the 90-day usage license.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Paid boosting requires separate written approval and pricing.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This contract is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
