Home Staging Contract

An agreement from Northwind Studio covering the home staging engagement, rental inventory, and de-stage.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Stager") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the property staging described below. The Stager retains ownership of all rental inventory placed on the property.

Objectives

• Style the property to move faster on the market.
• Deliver a clean install day the Client can walk through.
• Cover rental, extension, and de-stage on transparent terms.
• Protect inventory with clear ownership and liability terms.

Scope and Deliverables

The engagement covers install, a 60-day rental term, and de-stage. Extensions are billed monthly.

What is included

• Site consult and design plan
• Six-room install and 60-day rental
• Photography-ready styling on install day
• De-stage and return with broom-clean handover

Not included: photography, deep cleaning, floor refinishing, and any repairs to the property. Damage or loss of inventory is billed at replacement cost.

Fees and Payment

The engagement combines a one-time install fee, a 60-day rental fee, and a de-stage fee. Extensions are billed monthly.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. The Client is responsible for the replacement cost of any inventory lost or damaged during the rental term.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This contract is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
