Hair Brand Ambassador Contract

An agreement from Northwind Studio covering the ambassador partnership, content deliverables, and appearances.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Brand") and Acme Co (the "Ambassador") for the ambassador partnership described below. The Ambassador represents the Brand's haircare products across social channels and appearances during the term.

Objectives

• Grow brand awareness through authentic ambassador content.
• Support product launches with timely coverage.
• Drive appearances at events and salons.
• Protect the brand with review-before-publish content.

Scope and Deliverables

The partnership covers three deliverable tracks. Content is reviewed by the Brand before publication and follows the Brand's guidelines.

What is included

• Monthly in-feed post and story series
• Two branded appearances during the term
• Brand review of drafts 48 hours before publishing
• Usage license for reposts on owned channels

Not included: paid media usage, exclusivity outside the category, and additional appearances. Add-ons are quoted in writing before booking.

Fees and Payment

The Ambassador receives a monthly fee plus a product allowance and an appearance fee per booked event.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Category exclusivity applies during the term and for 30 days after termination.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This contract is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
