Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Designer") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the web design project described below. The Designer delivers production-ready design; development is handled separately unless added by amendment.

Scope and Deliverables

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable before the next begins.

PHASE 1 · UX AND WIREFRAMES

UX and wireframes

Kickoff, sitemap, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes for every unique page template. Two consolidated feedback rounds are included before design proceeds.

PHASE 2 · VISUAL DESIGN

Visual design

High-fidelity design applied across the approved wireframes, with a component library covering navigation, forms, cards, and typography.

PHASE 3 · PROTOTYPE AND HANDOVER

Prototype and handover pack

Clickable prototype, dev-ready handover pack, and a short handover session so the build team can start without ambiguity.

What is included

Sitemap, user flows, and full wireframe set
Visual design across every unique template
Component library ready for a build team
Clickable prototype and handover session

Not included: front-end development, CMS build, copywriting, and photography. Additional scope is added via written change order.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is a fixed-fee project billed across the three design phases.

About this template
