Freelance Trainer Agreement

An agreement from Northwind Studio covering the training program design, workshop delivery, and reinforcement.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Trainer") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the training program described below. The Trainer designs and delivers the workshops and provides post-program reinforcement.

Objectives

• Design the program around the Client's specific outcomes.
• Deliver engaging workshops with clear takeaways.
• Reinforce learning with practice and office hours.
• Report on completion, satisfaction, and next steps.

Scope and Deliverables

The program runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable before the next begins.

What is included

• Needs analysis and written program design
• Four live workshop sessions with materials
• One follow-up office hour after the final session
• Outcome report with satisfaction and next-step notes

Not included: venue rental, participant travel, printing, LMS integration, and additional cohorts. Add-on cohorts and one-on-one coaching are available under a separate quote.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is a fixed-fee program billed in three installments. Custom exercises and materials are covered in the design phase.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Additional cohorts are quoted separately and paid in advance.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This contract is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
