Model Contract

An agreement from Northwind Studio covering the modeling engagement, shoot logistics, image use, and payment.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Client") and Acme Co (the "Model") for the shoot described below. The Model grants the Client the usage license set out in the fees and license page.

Objectives

• Deliver a productive, well-run shoot day.
• Grant a clear, time-limited usage license.
• Handle overtime and reshoots on transparent terms.
• Keep the relationship simple with predictable pay.

Scope and Deliverables

The engagement covers a single shoot day plus post-shoot usage across the agreed channels.

What is included

• Up to eight hours on set plus 30 minutes hair and makeup
• Meal break on set for shoots over six hours
• 12-month web and social usage on Client channels
• Written call sheet delivered 48 hours before the shoot

Not included: paid media usage, print or out-of-home rights, exclusivity, and reshoots caused by Client changes. Add-ons are quoted in writing.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is a fixed-fee booking with usage fees added for the agreed license. Overtime and reshoots are billed separately.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Overtime and reshoot fees are added to the final invoice.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This contract is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
