MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT

Mobile App Development Contract

An agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering the design, build, and delivery of the mobile app described in the scope of work.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Developer") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the engagement described below. It sets out the key terms, deliverables, fees, and acceptance required to move forward.

Background

The Client wishes to engage the Developer on the terms described in this contract. Both parties confirm they have the authority to enter this agreement and that it supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• Wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Sprint-based build for iOS and Android with weekly demos
• End-to-end QA and store submission for both platforms
• Sixty days of post-launch defect-fix support

Not included: backend hosting fees, third-party service subscriptions, ongoing feature work, App Store and Play Store fees, and localization. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The fees below cover the scope of work in the previous section. Payment terms are set out in the schedule that follows.

Payment Schedule

The Client owns the delivered source code on final payment. Ongoing feature work is scoped and quoted as a separate maintenance retainer.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
