FLORIST CONTRACT

Florist Contract

An agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering the design, arrangement, and delivery of florals for the event described below.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Florist") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the engagement described below. It sets out the key terms, deliverables, fees, and acceptance required to move forward.

Background

The Client wishes to engage the Florist on the terms described in this contract. Both parties confirm they have the authority to enter this agreement and that it supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• Design consultation and mood board
• All floral arrangements listed in the fee table
• Delivery and set-up at the event venue
• Coordination with the event planner and other vendors

Not included: rental vases beyond those returned to the studio, floral archways over eight feet, additional installations added within 14 days of the event, and travel over 30 miles. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The fees below cover the scope of work in the previous section. Payment terms are set out in the schedule that follows.

Payment Schedule

Substitutions may be made if a specific stem is unavailable at market on the sourcing date, always maintaining the agreed palette and style. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are billed in full.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
