Fixed Price Contract

An agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering the delivery of the fixed-scope work described below at a fixed total price.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Provider") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the engagement described below. It sets out the key terms, deliverables, fees, and acceptance required to move forward.

Background

The Client wishes to engage the Provider on the terms described in this contract. Both parties confirm they have the authority to enter this agreement and that it supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• All work required to deliver the fixed scope
• Milestone reviews and written status updates
• Acceptance testing against the criteria in the scope
• One round of minor adjustments during acceptance

Not included: any work outside the fixed scope, third-party costs, and expedited timelines requiring overtime. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The fees below cover the scope of work in the previous section. Payment terms are set out in the schedule that follows.

Payment Schedule

Scope changes are documented in writing as a change order before work begins. Time extensions and price adjustments, if any, are agreed in the same change order.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
