EXECUTIVE COACHING AGREEMENT

Executive Coaching Agreement

An agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering one-to-one executive coaching sessions, cadence, and the confidentiality that surrounds the work.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Coach") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the engagement described below. It sets out the key terms, deliverables, fees, and acceptance required to move forward.

Background

The Client wishes to engage the Coach on the terms described in this contract. Both parties confirm they have the authority to enter this agreement and that it supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• Intake session and written goals document
• Twelve 60-minute bi-weekly coaching sessions
• Between-session email or messaging support
• Mid-term and end-term reviews with written summaries

Not included: psychotherapy, legal or financial advice, group workshops, and coaching for direct reports of the Client. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The fees below cover the scope of work in the previous section. Payment terms are set out in the schedule that follows.

Payment Schedule

The engagement is confidential. Coaching sessions are not therapy and do not create a therapist-client relationship. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
