DJ Contract

An agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering the DJ services described below, including performance time, equipment, and the terms for the event.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "DJ") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the engagement described below. It sets out the key terms, deliverables, fees, and acceptance required to move forward.

Background

The Client wishes to engage the DJ on the terms described in this contract. Both parties confirm they have the authority to enter this agreement and that it supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• Music brief call and personalized set planning
• Full DJ, PA, and dance-floor lighting setup
• Four hours of performance time
• MC-style announcements for standard event moments

Not included: additional performance hours, live musicians, uplighting or venue draping, and travel over 30 miles. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The fees below cover the scope of work in the previous section. Payment terms are set out in the schedule that follows.

Payment Schedule

Cancellations more than 60 days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 60 days are billed at 100 percent unless the date can be rebooked.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
