Digital Marketing Contract

An agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering paid media, content, and analytics work delivered on a monthly retainer.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Agency") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the engagement described below. It sets out the key terms, deliverables, fees, and acceptance required to move forward.

Background

The Client wishes to engage the Agency on the terms described in this contract. Both parties confirm they have the authority to enter this agreement and that it supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• Strategy and 90-day marketing plan
• Paid social, paid search, and organic content execution
• Monthly optimization against agreed KPIs
• Written monthly report and live analytics dashboard

Not included: paid media spend, influencer fees, stock photography, and translation into languages other than English. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The fees below cover the scope of work in the previous section. Payment terms are set out in the schedule that follows.

Payment Schedule

The initial term is six months from the start date on the acceptance page. After the initial term the retainer auto-renews month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
