Creative Agency Retainer Agreement

An agreement between Northwind Studio and Acme Co covering ongoing creative capacity, monthly deliverables, and a fixed retainer fee.

Parties and Overview

This agreement is entered into by Northwind Studio (the "Agency") and Acme Co (the "Client") for the engagement described below. It sets out the key terms, deliverables, fees, and acceptance required to move forward.

Background

The Client wishes to engage the Agency on the terms described in this contract. Both parties confirm they have the authority to enter this agreement and that it supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding on the same subject.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and a review before the next begins.

What is included

• 80 hours of design, motion, and production capacity per month
• Weekly review sessions with the account lead
• Shared project board with live status and approvals
• Monthly report and next-month planning session

Not included: paid media spend, third-party licensing fees, print production costs, and on-site photo or video shoots. New scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The fees below cover the scope of work in the previous section. Payment terms are set out in the schedule that follows.

Payment Schedule

The initial term is six months from the start date on the acceptance page. After the initial term the retainer auto-renews month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Acceptance

To proceed, complete the fields below and sign. This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date on the cover.
