Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and an approval checkpoint before the next begins.

PHASE 1 · ASSESSMENT

Situation assessment

Stakeholder interviews, data review, and a written assessment of the current state with the top constraints, opportunities, and priorities for the sprint.

PHASE 2 · WORKING SPRINT

Working sprint

Focused execution alongside the Client team, weekly working sessions, and iteration against the priorities from the assessment through to a working outcome.

PHASE 3 · CLOSEOUT

Closeout and handover

Written closeout document, recommendations for the next quarter, handover of assets and documentation, and an executive readout with leadership.

Not included: long-running interim leadership, custom software development, third-party vendor procurement, and post-closeout implementation. Additional scope can be added in writing at any time.
