CONSULTING AGREEMENT

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three phases. Each closes with a written deliverable and an approval checkpoint before the next begins.

PHASE 1 · DISCOVERY + DIAGNOSIS

Discovery and diagnosis

Stakeholder interviews, data review, process mapping, and a written diagnosis of the current state with the top constraints to address.

PHASE 2 · ANALYSIS + RECOMMENDATIONS

Analysis and recommendations

Detailed analysis of the diagnosed constraints, options with tradeoffs, a written recommendation with a phased roadmap, and an executive readout.

PHASE 3 · IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

Implementation support

First-30-days support alongside the Client team, weekly working sessions, and course corrections to keep the roadmap on track through initial rollout.

Not included: long-running interim leadership, custom software development, third-party vendor procurement, and change management training outside the first 30 days. Additional scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is billed in three fixed installments tied to the phases above. Additional implementation support beyond the first 30 days is billed at $250 per hour.
