Overview

This agreement sets out the coaching engagement Northwind Studio will provide to Acme Co. It covers the coaching focus, session cadence, a mid-term 360 pulse, and terms around confidentiality and cancellation.

Objectives

• Ground the engagement in a clear assessment and plan.
• Show up prepared for every session and follow through between them.
• Use a mid-term 360 pulse to validate progress.
• Keep everything shared in coaching strictly confidential.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three coordinated streams. Each has a defined cadence and closes with a documented deliverable.

What is included

• Assessment and written coaching plan
• Bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions
• Session notes and action items after each meeting
• Between-session email support on live decisions
• Mid-term 360 feedback pulse and readout

Not included: therapy or clinical mental health treatment, consulting deliverables, and guaranteed business outcomes. Additional scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is billed as a one-time assessment fee, plus a fixed monthly retainer for coaching, plus a mid-term 360 pulse fee.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice; cancellations inside that window are counted as taken.

Acceptance

To engage the coach for the term, complete the fields below and sign. The assessment is scheduled within one week of the signed agreement being returned.
