Overview

This contract sets out the coaching engagement Northwind Studio will provide to Acme Co. It covers session format, cadence, confidentiality, and payment across a fixed term.

SESSION FORMAT

1:1 video

60-minute working sessions over video.

CADENCE

Weekly

One session per week on the shared calendar.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across two coordinated streams. Each has a defined cadence and closes with a documented deliverable.

PHASE 1 · DISCOVERY

Discovery session and intake

90-minute intake session, current-state assessment, and a written coaching plan with focus areas and success measures for the term.

PHASE 2 · WEEKLY COACHING

Weekly coaching sessions

60-minute working sessions on the agreed cadence, session notes and action items after each, and email support between sessions on live decisions.

PHASE 3 · CLOSEOUT

Term closeout and next steps

Final session covering progress against the coaching plan, a written summary of the term, and a proposal for continued work if the Client wants to renew.

What is included

90-minute discovery and coaching plan

Between-session email support on live decisions
Term closeout and written summary

Not included: therapy or clinical mental health treatment, consulting deliverables, hands-on execution work, and guaranteed business outcomes. If additional support is needed, it can be added in writing.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is billed as a one-time discovery fee, plus a fixed monthly retainer for coaching for the term.
