Overview

This agreement sets out the catering services Northwind Studio will provide to Acme Co for the event described below. It covers menu, staffing, rentals, and the payment schedule with clear cancellation and force majeure terms.

Objectives

• Deliver the confirmed menu on time and to standard.
• Staff the event so service runs smoothly from arrival to close.
• Cover rentals, china, and glassware in one line item.
• Set clear cancellation and force majeure terms up front.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three coordinated streams. Each has a defined deliverable and a touchpoint with the Client.

What is included

• Menu tasting for up to four Client guests
• Plated dinner service for the confirmed guest count
• Front-of-house and kitchen staffing for the event window
• Rentals, china, glassware, and flatware
• Load-in, service, and strike

Not included: beverages and bar service, ceremony or cocktail-hour food beyond the confirmed menu, floral arrangements, cake or dessert bars, and gratuity. Additional scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

Fees are a fixed per-guest price for the plated dinner, plus a fixed staffing fee and pass-through rentals at cost.

Payment Schedule

Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date. Guest count is confirmed 10 business days out; increases after that are billed at 1.5x the per-guest rate subject to kitchen capacity.

Acceptance

To confirm the catering for the event, complete the fields below and sign. The date is not held on the Caterer's calendar until the deposit is received.
