Overview

This contract sets out the coaching engagement Northwind Studio will provide to Acme Co. It covers focus areas, session cadence, a mid-term strategy intensive, and expectations on preparation and confidentiality.

Objectives

• Focus the leadership team on the outcomes that move the business.
• Show up prepared for every session and follow through between them.
• Use a mid-term intensive to reset when needed.
• Keep everything shared in coaching strictly confidential.

Scope of Work

The engagement runs across three coordinated streams. Each has a defined cadence and closes with a documented deliverable.

What is included

• Discovery and written coaching plan
• Bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions
• Session notes and action items after each meeting
• Between-session email support on live decisions
• Mid-term half-day strategy intensive

Not included: consulting deliverables, hands-on execution work, guaranteed business outcomes, and coaching for individuals outside the named leadership team. Additional scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is billed as a one-time setup fee, plus a fixed monthly retainer for coaching, plus a fixed fee for the mid-term intensive.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Sessions are held on the shared calendar and can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

Acceptance

To engage the coach for the term, complete the fields below and sign. Discovery is scheduled within one week of the signed contract being returned.
