This contract engages Northwind Studio as a brand ambassador for Acme Co. It covers channels, monthly content deliverables, exclusivity, and compensation across the campaign term.

Objectives

• Show up consistently and on-brand across the campaign term.
• Deliver the agreed content mix each month without gaps.
• Comply with FTC disclosure on every sponsored post.
• Grow the Brand's owned audience and referral traffic.

Scope of Work

The program runs across three coordinated streams. Each has a defined cadence and closes with a documented deliverable.

What is included

• Kickoff, product training, and content calendar
• Three sponsored posts per month with FTC disclosure
• Category exclusivity with competing brands
• Monthly reporting on reach, engagement, and referrals
• Product allowance and shipping

Not included: paid media boost of ambassador posts, third-party photography or videography, appearances at events or trade shows, and content in languages outside the agreed channels. Additional scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

Compensation is a fixed monthly ambassador retainer, a per-post sponsored fee, and a one-time product allowance for the term.

Payment Schedule

Invoices are due within 15 days. Content publishing begins on receipt of the first month's retainer.
