Scope of Work

Services and rights are grouped into three areas so both parties share a clear view of what is expected on and off set.

PHASE 1 · REHEARSAL AND SHOOT

Rehearsal and shoot obligations

Table reads, wardrobe fittings, and rehearsals as scheduled. On shoot days, the Actor arrives on the call sheet time, in a fit state to perform, and follows the direction of the director throughout the working day.

PHASE 2 · IMAGE AND LIKENESS

Image and likeness rights

The Actor grants the Producer the right to record, edit, distribute, and promote the performance, name, image, voice, and likeness in connection with the production and its marketing, in the languages and territories agreed.

PHASE 3 · CREDITS

Credit and billing

The Actor receives on-screen credit in the main or end titles as agreed, in the same size and style as other performers in the same tier. Paid advertising credit is at the Producer's discretion.

What is included

Rehearsal, wardrobe fittings, and table reads
Principal photography days across the agreed shoot window
Reasonable pickup and ADR sessions within 12 months of wrap
Publicity availability for one press day tied to the release
Grant of name, image, voice, and likeness rights for the production

Not included: stunts requiring specialized training, nudity or simulated intimacy beyond the agreed sides, third-party endorsements, and merchandise likeness use outside standard promotion. Additional scope can be added in writing at any time.

Fees and Payment

The engagement is billed on a day rate for principal photography, with a rehearsal stipend and a residuals advance tied to the first release window.
